Fuji ‘s Dough & Ramen

A small shop in east Vancouver, Washington with a cute and clean feel. We were greeted by kind staff that had us seated very quickly.

Unfortunately, the ramen was lack luster despite the excellent presentation. The taste was oddly sweet and missing that rich umami flavor that I look for.
