Koku Ramen & Bites

Koku ramen and bites is perhaps one of the more beginner friendly ramen shops. I say that to mean that those who may be unfamiliar with the strong flavors of traditional ramen would enjoy “dipping their toes in” with the tonkotsu. The pork belly was thick and tender and the noodles maintained average firmness. I was pleased by the flavors but still felt like there was something missing.

One of the more notable things about this place, however, was their cute yellow color scheme and friendly staff. It’s definitely suited for for a casual date night. I was also impressed by their wide selection of japanese sodas and alcoholic beverages.
