Kyushu Ramen Noodle Bar

Kyushu is my go-to when I’m craving Ramen while visiting my home town. They offer a paitan style ramen with a rich and hearty flavor. They offer a somewhat customizable experience by listing different meats that can be paired with any ramen bowl.

Kyushu is one of the few places I opt for the chicken karaage rather than the pork belly, as their pork belly fell flat for me texturally, and flavor-wise. I tend to gravitate toward the garlic tonkotsu and have yet to try other broth options!
