Kenji’s Ramen
Perhaps the best ramen in Vancouver, WA so far, Kenji’s is a solid option if you need to scratch an itch. You have the ability to completely customize your bowl of ramen but beware: the toppings add up quickly.
Kenji’s is quite non-traditional with a more americanized flavor profile that is suitable for ramen beginners or picky eaters. Their ramen noodles hold up very well in the broth but can sit heavy in the stomach. Their pork belly is usually quite tough to chew so I tend to opt for chicken katsu.
My favorites are: curry ramen and the garlic onion. Kenji’s also offers very delicious non-ramen options and cocktails.
The restaurant has recently remodeled to be extremely aesthetically pleasing, so it’s perfect for a date night!
