Mirakutei Sushi & Ramen

Mirakutei offers a rich paitan style ramen that is sure to explode your taste buds. This was the richest broth I have had so far and struggled to eat even half of it! The pork belly had excellent flavor but was quite tough to chew. The noodles were medium thickness and rather firm. The portion size was very large with ample toppings and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. This is a solid option if you are looking for ramen in Portland, though Mirakutei is know for their sushi and sake selection.
